In it’s true definition “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity”. However, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest.
Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and movement patterns to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led, with CrossFit certifications, and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
