CROSSFIT WOD CLASS

Build functional strength and conditioning through our CrossFit Workout of the Day classes. While combining the best aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional movements our CrossFit classes will leave you ready to take on anything.

Prerequisite: Aliso CrossFit Foundations Course, 6-Week Intro to CrossFit Program, or Personal Training

FOUNDATIONS

The Aliso CrossFit Foundations Course is perfect for people who are new to CrossFit or would like a refresher on the basics. During your Foundations course you learn the essential movements of CrossFit and the philosophy behind the CrossFit training program. You will also be coached on nutritional strategies, goal setting and much more. All fitness levels are welcome!

WEIGHTLIFTING

Powerlifting and Olympic lifting are great ways to supplement your regular CrossFit routine with something fun, skillful, and potentially really heavy. If you are interested in building muscle, moving some seriously heavy weight, and developing raw strength, this is definitely the class for you.

OPEN GYM

Aliso CrossFit’s Open Gym is available for members who would like to train on their own when there are no classes running. Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your weaknesses like mobility, stretching, technique, skills, or you can do a WOD that you’ve been wanting to do or one that you missed during the week. We just ask that you please leave the gym cleaner than you found it.

Sign up for Aliso CrossFit’s personal training sessions where one of our world class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your fitness level, and coach you through a program designed specifically for your needs. CROSSFIT KIDS

Aliso CrossFit’s Kids and Teens programs include a combination of body weight calisthenics, gymnastics and weight lifting elements. We use that combination to develop ability in ten general physical skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, power, strength, stamina, speed, agility, flexibility, balance, accuracy, and coordination. There are also the benefits of bone density and stimulation of the vestibular system. The program is designed to keep kids and teens focused and entertained while creating the foundations for an athletic life. We also discuss nutrition as the basis of all athletic movement.
