The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
First, we invite you to schedule a free one-on-one training session to show you what you can expect at Aliso CrossFit.
After your free one-on-one training session we have a great program for people who are new to functional fitness. The Aliso CrossFit Foundations Course is a 4-week program that repeats every 4 weeks. You can jump in at any time during the cycle, but we ask that you complete 12 classes as a prerequisite to joining the CrossFit or Weightlifting classes.You can read more details about both of these programs page.
We’d love to have you drop-in for a class! If you’re looking to become a member, schedule a free one-on-one training session here. If you’re just passing through, we offer class pass package.
