What is the 2018 ACF Fall Invitational?
• The 2018 ACF Fall Invitational is an in-house competition for all levels that consists of multiple workouts over 4 days.
Who Should Participate?
• Every member of ACF should participate in the Fall Invitational!
• Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete, there’s a level for you.
Dates
• October 22nd-26th
4 Divisions
• Rx’d Division
• Intermediate Division
• Fun – Beginner-Level Scaled Workouts
• Masters
Teams
• We will have 4 Teams.
• Each team will have 1 Captain.
• Each team will have an equal (or as close to equal as possible) number of competitors.
Team Captains
• Team Captains are responsible for motivating their team, encouraging team spirit, approving and submitting their team name, and ensuring all team scores are submitted before the weekly deadline.
The Draft
• A draft will be conducted October 6th.
• Each Captain will draft their team from the roster of current members.
• The draft will be conducted in private, so members will not know the order in which Captains chose their teams.
The Workouts
• Workouts will be done in class the week of October 22nd.

Submit Your Scores Online
• All scores must be submitted using the ScoringRX system.
• A link will be published to submit your scores online…
• Athletes will submit their scores throughout the week. A hard deadline will be announced. Don’t be late!
Scoring System
• Each team will be assigned points based on the performance of their competitors in each division.
2018 ACF Fall Invitational Winning Team
• The team that wins the 2018 ACF Fall Invitational will have a plaque put up in the gym recognizing them for the entire year.
