Aileen Slivkoff

I grew up in Southern California and enjoyed an active lifestyle engaging in softball, volleyball, and cheerleading. As an adult, my interest shifted towards distance running while participating in multiple long distance running races annually. In early 2012, I was introduced to CrossFit as one of the original members of Aliso CrossFit. Sparking a newfound passion, I attained my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) certification in 2022 and now I find fulfillment in coaching and helping individuals reach their goals. I have a particular interest in master's women and their journey towards longevity. This passion aligns seamlessly with my extensive experience as a women’s health nurse practitioner spanning over two decades. I currently reside in Aliso Viejo with my husband where we raised our two beautiful daughters.
